Effective July 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using Shaun POS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts and authorized users

  • Provide accurate account and business information.
  • Keep passwords, employee PINs, and devices secure.
  • Ensure each user has appropriate permissions and store access.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Use of the service

You may use Shaun POS to manage legitimate retail, hospitality, and related business operations. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes

Paid plans and add-ons are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle shown when you subscribe. You are responsible for applicable taxes and authorized charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Business data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and transmit that data to provide the service. You are responsible for verifying product, tax, employee, inventory, payment, and receipt settings before use.

6. Payments and third-party services

Payment processing, email, messaging, and other integrations may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Shaun POS does not store raw card numbers or security codes and is not responsible for a third-party provider’s independent services.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Shaun POS reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers where practical.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Data export and retention remain subject to your plan, applicable law, and our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ShaunTech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
